Cafeteria Plan Administration

A full-service software solution to administer § 125 Cafeteria Plans. DataPath 125 offers a variety of levels designed to suit the smallest agency to the largest plan administrator. Optional modules offer IVR and Internet enrollment and inquiry, and document management services. Whether you are a small administrator just starting out, or a large company administering thousands of lives, DataPath 125 lets you enter at the level that is right for you and grows with your needs. COBRA Administration

In today's ever-changing regulatory environment, updates to employee benefit laws occur every day, and COBRA is no exception. Most employers simply cannot keep up with changes to State or Federal laws. Others are not even aware that COBRA rules and regulations apply to them. DPI-COBRA makes consistency and compliance with today’s laws (including California’s regulations) and tomorrow’s changes easy. You also have access to myRSC.com, a secure Internet web portal that gives employers and employees the capability to log on and update critical information and check the status of their COBRA accounts.

Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) Administration System

An HRA provides the employer with unlimited flexibility, creating cost-savings opportunities for the employer while giving employees choices and control. DataPath 105-HRA allows you to take full advantage of this flexibility by letting you set up an employer-funded Health Reimbursement Arrangement with one or more underlying Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRAs) to cover employee medical expenses. Max 105 was developed around the proven concept of maintaining benefit coverage while buying less insurance and lowering premiums. Our software lets you present this idea to potential clients in a form they will understand: the same coverage with lower rates.

Transportation and Parking

In areas where employees must pay to park or take public transportation to work, both employers and employees can profit under an IRC § 132(f) Tax-Free Transportation Plan. DataPath132 can be used as a standalone system or be fully integrated with other DataPath products.

Document Fulfillment and Batch Processing

We have developed the Operation Management System, a unique product that elminates the tie-ups in system, material, and human resources involved with the paperwork of administration by automating the generation of reports and letters in batches. These reports and letters can be pushed to the web and even sent to fulfillment houses for mailing.

DataPath, Inc. can offer you both a credit and debit card option for your clients, both of which are fully integrated with our administrative systems. 1. mySourceCard® - This MasterCard® debit card uses a direct pay feature that pulls money directly from a pre-funded account for qualified expenses. The mySourceCard® is fully compatible with the IIAS that has been implemented nationwide and will autosubstantiate when swiped at participating vendors.

2. myResourceCard® - A MasterCard® credit card that employees can use to purchase goods and services anywhere MasterCard® is accepted.
